I have a feeling this was not taken in 2002., but 2003 or 2004. Terrible photo, but the DDR neon has been updated Perhaps it was out of use in 2003. Union Filmtheater,
Bölschestr. 69, 12587 Berlin. The above site says it was built in 1872 as a dance theatre, was converted to a cinema in 1913 and was put under listed building status in 1995.
